Access to the facilities of the on-site Spindles Health & Fitness Centre is available at an additional cost. Spindles is open every day from 09:00 until 17:00. It is the hotel's policy that all children aged up to 16 years old must be accompanied at all times when visiting Spindles. The hotel enjoys level access to its entrance, with dropped kerbs, automatic sliding doors and a modified lift to all floors. There are rooms on ground floor fitted with accessible bathrooms and motorised chair lifts into the bath. There is a chair lift to the restaurant, while the bar is crowded but accessible. Braille menus are available. In the health club, constant supervision is available, though unfortunately there is no disabled access to the gym.
